HOW TO LOSE BODY SMELL

We can make our body smell disappear in two ways, it accomplish from inner and outer. Body smell is actually caused by excessive producing sweat in our body when we are in activity. In order to keep our body do not smell, we have to keep clean and keep our meal certainly. To lose body smell, let starts from inner:     
1.      Consuming Ginger. Ginger contains considerable antioxidant that functioning to fade poisons inner human body. For maximal result, you are suggested to add squeeze of ginger to the water that is going to be used for bathing.
2.      Decreasing Onion Consume. For you who prefer consuming meal which contains a lot of onions, it is now advisable do not consume a lot of onions especially garlic. It does not only make your body smell, even it can makes smell to your mouth. Therefore, reduce to consume meal contains a lot of onions because it can makes your sweat smell. 
3.      Using Betel Vine Leaf. The way is boiling three glasses of water. Enter three – five of betel vine leaf, boiling up to left over a glass then drink. Do it everyday until the smell loses. Or you can do other way that is refining betel vine leaf which has mixed with whitewash, then grease to armpit.
4.      Consuming Basil. Basil leaf contains volatile oil and antiseptic substance which aids to slacken body smell. The way is consuming basil leaf frequently. For women are menstruation, consuming basil leaf can make smell in femininity area disappear.
Followings are how the way to disappear body smell outer
1.      Using Apple Vinegar. Obviously apple vinegar is a natural deodorant which can decrease pH (Acidity Level) to skin so that it can makes bad sweat smell disappear soon. Suggested to use apple vinegar everyday as substitute of deodorant by entering apple vinegar in the water then grease it to armpit after bathing.
2.      Using Lime. The way is squeezing lime water and mix with whitewash. After that you can grease mixture of lime water and whitewash to sweat body area such as armpit.
3.      Using Baking Soda. As we know that baking soda is one of ingredients to make cake. It can used to decrease excessive sweat produce especially when we are doing outdoor activity. It is easy to apply, we can sow it to armpit so that it can decreases sweat produce.
4.      Using Cucumber. Peeling a cucumber and slice up. Brushing to the sweat area like armpit then rinse with enough water. Do this treatment after bathing.
