INDONESIAN EDUCATIONAL


Followings are generally cleared a couple of lowly educational factors in Indonesian:
1.      Effectiveness of Educational in Indonesia
The effectiveness of educational is an education which make possible the education participant can learn easily, pleasantly, and reached the expected goal. Thus, educators (lecturer, teacher, instructor and trainer) are demanded to increase effectiveness of learning process so that the learning is benefit. During the learning process nowadays, many opinions consider that formal education is valued just to be a formality of Indonesian human resource. It does not concern with how the goal of study, the most important thing that it has implemented education up to the next higher level educational and considered as a greatest by society.This perception makes lowlier effectiveness education in Indonesia. Each person has their own capability and expected be able to take suitable education with their own talent and interest.
On high school as an example, a student has capability in social subject forced to study science subject will make lowlier effectiveness education output than suitable education with their own talent and interest. Those are held in Indonesia.
2.      Efficient Educating in Indonesia
Efficient is how to generate reflectivity of a goal by an “inexpensive” process. Education will be better if we consider a better process. Lack of efficient educations in Indonesia that is a very expensive education, insufficient learning instruments and educators quality. They are supporting the efficient of education in Indonesia reached the main aim that is to fight foolishness. An expensive education in Indonesia is still become more crucial thing for government. Year by year created school-cut off children in almost a half of Indonesia children population. Strangely, government has organized education fund supplied (BOS Bantuan Operasional Sekolah/School Aim Operational) so that there will be an inexpensive education to entire schools either government school or private school and either informal school or formal school. In this condition government considered that they have fight foolishness. But actuality, government considered failure by society. They think that as a nation labeled corrupter, education Funds that would be applied for school operational, buying school instruments to stimulate the children’s alibi to hold knowledge for their future and increasing educators’ quality would be scraped off by “Rats” in government.In this matter Educational Service at entire regencies of Indonesia.
3.      Physique facility quality
School facilities in Indonesia become “a murderer” for children. It can not be imagined that there many students are in teaching-learning process under a breakable building. They are learning while watching their life that would be taken by big walls collapse at any moment. Some areas in Indonesia cause many children must accept their destiny as a learned person in dirty place, such as under bridge and bank for homeless children at big town corner or unworthy building being leaf-roofed that will collapse when rainy season at any moment. In Northwest Amfoang,Kupang regency, East Nusa Tenggara province. Rainy season become “frighten ghost” for a number of children, there will be many children must wager their life to cross the river for school. There is no crossing-bridge or any support mega structure as in California, Tokyo or London. But it does not make they spirit goes down and always keep on their selves to take education although swift stream.

4.      Educator Prosperity
Educator (Teacher, lecturer, or trainer) is a facilitator of educational beside instruments as a facility. He or she has to prepare all matters and methods excellently to be done in class. It has to be easily stimulating, and giving an experience pleasantly.
That is a few writer opinion based on his three-years-teaching experience in Northwest Amfoang. It is true that a teacher must present a comfortable in class to students. If the students feel comfortable with you, they will make you satisfied by their achieving and it is going to make you feel how great you are.
In Indonesia, the role of teacher got a few stained by government. There many quality teachers have to face their destiny as honorary. They get no enough paid. As an honorary teacher is an unforgettable experience how to manage your life and how to get students’ achievement. Educational Service has prepared a lot of funds to honorary teachers who listed in government contract which carried out between Educational Service and Teachers. Government will pay Rp1.050.000,-/month salary and Rp900.000/months is a monetary allocation for teachers. Seemed from the amount offered by government will be stimulating teachers increase their quality to obtain students good achievement but reality, it is not enough to help honorary teachers’ prosperity moreover clogged payment up months so that it makes teachers feel uncomfortable with their role.Teachers’ prosperity becomes problematic in this nation. Their hard work, destiny, time, and wage corrupted by “Rats” very little for the sake a number of people importance.
