MAKASSAR CULINARY

v  BANDENG BAKE

It is boiled with turmeric season. It uses bandeng fish or red fish or kakap fish. Its bouillon a little bit sour and turmeric aroma. 

v  RED FRIED RICE

v  DRY NOODLE

v PISANG IJO(Green Banana)

Banana wrapped by skin made of flour and green as its color is most wanted by culinary enjoyer. Its taste and color makes interesting. It is fresh when its clotted sauce made of milk, coconut milk and enough syrup made it so delicious in mouth. 

v  PISANG EPE (Banana Pinned)
